These terms govern your use of rareprice.io and any purchases you make through us. The site is operated by VX Global Pte Ltd, a company registered in Singapore. By using the site or buying from us, you agree to these terms.
Your account
You can browse without an account, but you need one to check out, save addresses, or set price alerts. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity on your account. Let us know straight away if you suspect someone else has access.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian agree on your behalf, to create an account.
Products and descriptions
rareprice.io is an aggregated storefront. Product images, descriptions, and condition notes are sourced from our suppliers. We work to keep them accurate, but trading cards are physical items and minor variation between listing and the card you receive is normal — particularly for graded condition and centring on raw singles.
Orders and payment
When you place an order, you make us an offer to buy at the listed price. We accept your offer when we send your order confirmation email. Payments are processed by Stripe; we accept the card networks Stripe supports in your region.
We may decline or cancel an order if it looks fraudulent, if a product turns out to be unavailable, or if there is an obvious pricing error. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund the full amount.
Pricing and currency
Our base currency is Thai Baht (THB). We display prices in your local currency where we can, using daily exchange rates, but the THB price is what we charge. Your card issuer may add a small foreign-exchange fee — that is between you and them.
Shipping
Shipping fees, delivery zones, and transit times are set out on the shipping page. Customs duties and import taxes are your responsibility.
Cancellations and returns
You can cancel an order at any time before it has shipped — we will refund you in full. Once an order has shipped, our returns policy applies.
Intellectual property
The rareprice.io site, including its name, design, and copy, belongs to VX Global Pte Ltd. Trading-card product names and images belong to their respective rights holders and are used to describe the products we sell. Don't copy the site or our content for commercial use without our written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site to break the law.
- Place orders you do not intend to pay for, or chargeback in bad faith.
- Scrape, copy, or republish our catalogue at scale without permission.
- Interfere with the site's security or normal operation.
- Use the site to harass, defraud, or impersonate other people.
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these rules.
Disclaimers
The site is provided “as is.” We do our best to keep listings accurate and the site available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, or that every listing will remain in stock by the time you check out.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (for example, loss of resale value, lost tournament entries, or shipping delays caused by carriers and customs).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of rareprice.io will be brought in the courts of Singapore.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page. Material changes will be flagged on the site or by email when they affect existing customers.
