Trading cards are physical, often single-print items, so we keep our returns policy straightforward. If something is wrong with your order, tell us within the return window and we will make it right.
Return window
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. The delivery date is whatever your tracking shows as the delivered scan.
Condition for return
Singles must be returned in their original packaging (top-loader or sleeve, as shipped) and in the same condition you received them. Cards that have been played, sleeved into decks, or removed from their original holder are not eligible for return.
Sealed product (booster boxes, packs, decks) must be returned unopened. Once a sealed product has been opened, it cannot be returned.
How to request a return
Email orders@rareprice.io within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number.
- The item(s) you want to return.
- The reason for the return.
- Photos of the item if the return relates to condition or damage.
We will reply with a return address and instructions. Do not ship anything back before you hear from us.
Refund timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return, we issue the refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds go back to the original payment method. Depending on your card issuer, the credit may take an extra few days to appear on your statement.
The original shipping fee is non-refundable except where the return is caused by our error (wrong item shipped, item damaged in transit, item materially different from listing).
Non-returnable items
- Sealed product that has been opened.
- Singles returned outside the 14-day window or in worse condition than they shipped.
- Items marked "final sale" at checkout.
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, photograph the parcel and the damaged item as soon as you open it and email orders@rareprice.io within 48 hours of delivery. We need photo evidence to file a claim with the carrier — without it we can only offer a partial resolution.
Wrong item received
If we shipped the wrong item, email orders@rareprice.io with a photo. We will arrange a return label and ship the correct item, or issue a full refund — your choice.
