Shipping Policy

Where we ship from

Most stock today ships from Thailand via our supplier SabaiCards. As we onboard more suppliers, you may receive items shipped from Singapore, Japan, the Philippines, or elsewhere across the region.

Where we ship to

We currently ship to addresses across Southeast Asia:

• Singapore — typical transit 5–10 business days.
• Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand — typical transit 7–14 business days.
• Rest of Southeast Asia — typical transit 10–21 business days.

These windows are estimates, not guarantees — customs and local carriers can extend them, particularly during holiday periods.

Shipping fees

Shipping is a flat rate per region and is shown at checkout before you pay. Heavier or higher-value orders may require tracked or insured shipping at a higher rate — if that applies, you will see it on the checkout page.

Consolidation and split shipments

If your order contains items from more than one supplier, we may ship them as separate parcels. Each parcel gets its own tracking number and shipping confirmation email. You will not be charged extra shipping for splits we initiate — the rate you see at checkout covers the full order.

Tracking

You will get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your supplier hands the parcel to the carrier. Tracking detail varies by carrier and destination — some show full scans, some only show dispatch and delivery.

Customs and import taxes

For international shipments, the buyer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged on arrival in your country. We declare the order value accurately on the customs label — we will not under-declare to avoid duties.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking has not updated for more than 14 days beyond the upper end of the transit window for your region, email orders@rareprice.io with your order number and we will open a trace with the carrier.
