This policy explains what personal information rareprice.io (operated by VX Global Pte Ltd) collects when you visit, sign up, or buy from us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
We collect the following information directly from you:
- Account details — your email address and, if you choose to save them, a display name and phone number.
- Order details — your shipping address, billing address, the products you order, and your order history.
- Payment details — card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. We keep a payment reference so we can match payments to orders.
- Communications — messages you send us via email or any contact form.
We also collect a small amount of technical information automatically:
- Device and log data — your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used to keep the site working and to detect fraud or abuse.
- Cookies — small files used for your sign-in session, your cart, and your preferred display currency. See “Cookies” below.
How we use your information
- To fulfil your orders and arrange shipping.
- To send you transactional email — order confirmations, shipping updates, password resets, and similar.
- To respond when you contact us.
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and breaches of our terms.
- To improve the site — understanding which pages and products people use most.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations (for example, tax records).
Third-party processors
We rely on the following services to run rareprice.io. Each one processes only the data needed for its role:
- Stripe — card payment processing.
- Supabase — database and authentication hosting.
- Resend — sending transactional email.
- Xero — accounting and invoicing records.
- SabaiCards and other suppliers — fulfilment partners who receive your shipping address so they can ship the products you order.
- Vercel — hosting the website itself.
We do not sell your personal information to anyone, ever.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct anything that is wrong or out of date.
- Delete your account and the personal data tied to it. We may keep order records we need for tax and accounting reasons.
- Export a copy of your account data in a common format.

Cookies
We use a small number of strictly functional cookies — your sign-in session, your cart, and your selected display currency. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. If your browser blocks cookies, sign-in and checkout will not work.
Data retention
We keep your account data for as long as your account is open. Order records are retained for the period required by Singapore tax law. When you delete your account, we remove or anonymise personal data that we no longer need to keep.
